Zhengzhou Fasin Group is a high-end refractory materials manufacturer with a total building area of 40,000 square meters. The company integrates research and development, production, sales, and technical services. It utilizes a patented negative pressure forming technology, recognized as one of the most advanced, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly production methods in China’s fused zirconia corundum refractory industry.

Advanced Production Technology

Fasin’s innovative negative pressure forming process effectively overcomes the common defects found in traditional manufacturing methods. This technology significantly enhances product density and surface flatness. In addition, a precisely controlled annealing curve ensures the optimal crystal phase structure, greatly improving the material’s resistance to glass melt corrosion.

The company operates modern industrial facilities with a well-designed process layout. It is equipped with a high-end automatic batching system and advanced energy-saving electric melting furnaces. By adopting an oxidation method, continuous melting and casting processes, and fully automated negative pressure forming technology, Fasin ensures stable and efficient production.

Quality Control and Testing

Fasin has established a comprehensive quality supervision and assurance system covering inspection, testing, and full product traceability. The company is equipped with internationally advanced X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analysis equipment. In collaboration with the National Building Materials Research Institute, Fasin has also set up a testing center with nationally recognized laboratory standards and instrumentation.

Precision Processing and Assembly

The company operates a 5,000 m² cold processing and pre-assembly workshop. This facility is equipped with high-precision CNC cutting and grinding equipment, advanced control systems, and precision assembly platforms. These capabilities ensure accurate pre-assembly of refractory materials for various glass furnace applications.

Research & Development

Fasin has established a dedicated R&D department and recruited top professionals in casting, silicate materials, and mechanical engineering. The team focuses on developing new processes, technologies, and automation equipment. Currently, four patented inventions have been successfully applied in production.

Product Range and Applications

Using its proprietary negative pressure forming process, Fasin produces a new generation of AZS series zirconia corundum products (AZS-33, AZS-36, AZS-41), fused alumina products, and other high-end fused materials such as high-zirconia bricks. These products are widely used in high-end glass furnaces, including those for microcrystalline glass, high borosilicate glass, electronic glass, photovoltaic glass, oxy-fuel combustion systems, and large-scale float glass production.

Management and Customer Commitment

Customer satisfaction and reliability are at the core of Fasin’s mission. The company has built a professional technical and management team and independently developed an MES (Manufacturing Execution System) tailored to the electric melting refractory industry.

This system enables advanced production planning, continuous scheduling, real-time process monitoring, and full product traceability. It supports Fasin’s ongoing commitment to higher management standards and comprehensive product lifecycle management.
