01 Product Introduction
Zirconia mullite brick is a high-performance refractory material. Simply put, it's a special brick made by adding zirconium oxide (ZrO₂) to the alumina-silica (Al₂O₃-SiO₂) system. The purpose of adding zirconium oxide is to significantly improve the performance of traditional mullite materials.

Glass Industry: This is one of its core application areas. They are mainly used in critical parts of glass melting furnaces, such as furnace roofs, pool walls, furnace bottom linings, bottleneck walls, flame spaces, and regenerators, directly contacting molten glass and flames, requiring extremely high corrosion resistance.
Metallurgical Industry: Widely used in various heating furnaces, soaking furnaces, and key components in continuous casting processes such as slide gates, sizing nozzles, and long nozzles.
Other High-Temperature Furnaces: They can also be found in high-temperature, high-wear, and highly corrosive environments such as incinerators, cement rotary kilns, and hazardous waste rotary kilns in the petrochemical industry.
