The unique production process of the new negative pressure forming overcomes the product defects that have always existed in traditional production processes, significantly improving the density and surface flatness of the product. The reasonable annealing curve ensures the formation of the best crystal phase structure of the product, effectively improv ving its resistance to glass liquid erosion. Fasin has modern industrial plants and a reasonable process layout, a high-end automatic batching system, the most advanced energy-saving and environmentally friendly electric melting furnace in China, and adopts oxidation method, continuous uninterrupted melting and casting process, and fully automatic negative pressure forming technology for production. The company has established a comprehensive quality supervision, testing, tracking, and assurance system. The company has internationally advanced X-ray fluorescence detection equipment and cooperates with the National Building Materials Research Institute to establish a test ting center with national level laboratory instrument configuration.
Fasin's 5000m ² cold processing and pre assembly workshop is equipped with current precision CNC cutting and grinding equipment and control systems, as well as a high-precision assembly platform, which can ensure the overall pre assembly accuracy of various glass kiln melting and casting refractory materials. The company has established a research and development department and hired outstanding talents in casting, silicates, and machinery to develop new processes, technologies, and automation equipment. Currently, the company has applied 4 of its latest invention patents in production. Our company adopts the "new negative pressure forming process" to develop and produce the new generation of AZS-33 #, 36 #, 41 # zirconia corundum series products, fused alumina series products, as well as high-end fused materials such as high zirconium bricks. They have been widely used in various high-end melting furnaces such as microcrystalline glass, high borosilicate glass, electronic glass, photovoltaic glass, oxy fuel combustion, and large float glass.
