High Zirconia Brick

    Fused cast high zirconia bricks are high zirconium fused cast refractory materials formed by melting and casting high purity raw materials at high temperatures and crystallizing them. The main crystalline phase of fused high zirconia brick is plagioclase zirconia, so it has very high resistance to erosion of glass liquid, and the characteristics of low foam precipitation and low stone rate have almost no contamination to the glass liquid. Fused high zirconia bricks are mainly used in various kinds of special glass furnaces, especially high-quality glass furnaces and special glass furnaces, such as liquid crystal substrate glass, high-alumina glass furnaces, borosilicate glass furnaces, microcrystalline glass, glass fiber furnaces and so on
